Originally from Lakshmi chowk Lahore Butt karahi is all time famous for authentic Pakistani traditional cuisine. There are 2 branches in F-8 Islamabad. If you approach from PSO petrol pump the branch which is at the end is more authentic. We had a family & friends gathering for dinner. The mutton karahi, katakat and chicken BBQ was all mouth watering. Prices are in middle not too expensive nor very cheap. Variety is quite enough. Desi chicken is selected alive and slaughtered infront of you. Ambience is ok not that fancy or very comfortable but space is good enough to house around 70-80 people indoor and enough outside in open. Good to go for people with special taste for meat and especially those who miss Lahore Lakshmi chowk.
