Ingredients
- Uludu – 2 table spoon
- Good oil – 2 tbsp
- Coriander seeds – 1 spoon
- Cumin – 1/2 spoon
- Chili drying – 3 thoughts
- White garlic – 2 cloves (large)
- Curry leaves – 2 strips
- Tomatoes – 3 cans (medium)
- Tamarind – the size of a nut
- Turmeric powder – 1 tbsp
- Good oil – 1 tbsp
- Curry leaves – 1 strip
- Mustard – 1/2 tsp
- Fenugreek – 5 thoughts
- Chillies dry – 1 thought
- Aloe vera powder – very little
Recipe
- Peel the tomatoes and cut them into squares.
- De-stem the chillies.
- Peel the white garlic.
- Grind and shape the curry leaves.
- Pour 1 spoon of ghee in a pan and when it dries, add urad dal and fry it together.
- When the dal starts to turn red, add cumin and coriander seeds and fry it.
- After a minute add chilli powder, curry leaves and white garlic and saute.
- After two minutes, remove the pan from the oven and pour the contents onto a plate to cool.
- Pour a s Add salt and turmeric powder to it and saute it.
- poonful of ghee in the same pan and when it dries, add the tomatoes and stir.
- When the tomatoes are partially fried, add tamarind and fry them.
- When the tomatoes are cooked, remove from the oven and let cool.
- Grind the already fried urad dal ingredients in a mixer along with necessary salt.
- Grind the fried tomatoes with this powder.
- Put the pan in the oven and pour ghee and when it gets dry, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, fenugreek seeds, chili powder, asparagus powder and pour it into the ground mixture.
- Delicious urad tomato chutney is ready.
Note
Those who prefer can grind the
onion and season it with oil and add it to the chutney.
